I sent my phone back to Google on the 20th of July using the provided return label via UPS tracking shows delivered on the 25th of July.
Nobody can tell me what's going on or why its taking so long to inspect my phone so I guess they have lost it. A week shy of a month to replace my phone when I was initially told it would take 5-10 days maximum! Have google got a thief in the warehouse? Is there warehouse a mess? I want answers!
I have been in touch so many times and all I get is the same answer "when it gets inspected we will release the replacement" "there has been some kind of disconnect somewhere but we don't know where" "it has been escalated please wait 24-48 hours to hear back via email"
The phone was immaculate, not a scratch but, it was faulty which is covered under warranty but they will not release my replacement phone!
Nobody can tell me where my phone is although I can see they have had it since the 25th it was sent on the 20th it is a joke that it's just taken so long when I was promised 5-10 days from the start of the process
Has anybody got any advice how I can get this resolved they will not budge on the phone live chat twitter or reddit I feel like I have exhausted my options even the supervisors on the phone have no power to help, it's clearly a warehouse issue so don't see why I should suffer they need to release my phone to me.

Google hardware sales are handled out of Ireland as I recall, so that's who you'd send an LBA too. This may make a court claim difficult.0

They aren't giving me an address to send it to I just asked them and told them that I want to send them one etc they are saying I will hear back today but have been promising this for ages.0

Thanks for letting us all know, a lot come here for help and never come back to say if the situation had been resolved and how.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
