Answering your last post whether it is wise to go to court. I'd advise against it.

Thank you. This is precisely the answer that I was looking for, even if it's not the one that I wanted to hear.
I'm really sorry that you had to go through a load of grief to be in a position to share your experience, but I appreciate it!

Thing is, your insurance company doesn't really care about your opinion either. Ironic eh?

I don't think you understand irony.
  • Who do you intend to take to court? Assuming it is your insurance company they will likely have good legal representation.

If you represented yourself, do you think you would be objective?
  • You have been quite harsh. Saying that people were not there. As there is no dash cam evidence anyone judging the case would need to go on what you say happen.

From what you have said you may have been able to avoid the accident. Yes, 3rd party was a tool to drive into the side of you. Sometimes it is best to give people like that a wide berth. You can normally spot them. It really isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with a claim like this.
