bulb energy not replying to my emails

I joined bulb energy in May after seeing it on MSE. They have set the opening read for my gas as 1042 but my previous supplier, Co-op energy, has the closing read as 1090 which I have paid.

I have sent 3 emails to bulb to try to get this rectified (first one was on 17/7) but they are not responding. Ofgem won't do anything until 8 weeks has passed.

Anyone else having communication problems?

    Have you tried giving them a call on 0300 30 30 635 ?
    Best times to call are Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 12pm or 3pm to 6pm
  • I've just had £10 credit put onto my account because they didn't respond within 8 days. Totally forgot I'd emailed them because I must have phoned them after not receiving a reply :)
