Particularly in the context of recovering the £255 set aside fee if the PPC has not subscribed to/accessed the Royal Mail NCOA Update service.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
