Hi
We had an offset mortgage with Virgin Money from 1996 to 2004. I am not sure whether we had PPI associated with this mortgage. I was going to use the Resoler tool but can't see Virgin on the drop down field. Is it likely/possible that we paid PPI?

Only if you had it.

If you're not sure, call them. Time is too short to go through Resolver.

Even if you had it, whats makes you think it was missold? Most mortgage PPI claims fail. And records may no longer be held by them.

If the mortgage was via a broker you can give up now.

If I don't know whether I had it or not, surely it's been misold?it wasn't done by a broker. Thanks for your help tho.

Surely not.

You'd have signed for it and paid it every month. Memory loss doesn't automatically equate to mis selling.

If it was a Virgin One mortgage, PPI was not sold with these.
