i can't seem to log into the tandem app since it was updated on the 12 august.
I've tried to reset password it allows me to do this but then the new password isn't recognised and all i get is an error saying couldn't log in try again. anyone else ?

Mine is ok, but no recent update (Android).
The remedy is often to uninstall and then reinstall the app, logging in again with your account details.

still no luck and the the update was for ios i'll give it a day or so and will try again
wouldn't be suprised that the account hasn't been locked due to the number of times i've attempted to log in.
