CCJ from 2013 still coming after me despite going bankrupt!

Hi, in 2015 I went bankrupt. Everything went fine.
I've checked my credit report for the first time since then and seem a CCJ on my record starting one month after I went bankrupt. The actual debt was from 2013 and relatively small (£315) How were they allowed to do this? Should my Bankruptcy not have forbidden them from giving me a CCJ? If not why didn't all the others I owed money to just do exactly the same?
I now have 49 red mark default payments on my credit report!!
What can I do?
Thanks
P

It could have been defended. There's not much point in doing anything now. It will drop off your file one month after your bankruptcy.
If anyone tried to enforce this, as the debt pre-dates the bankruptcy, you can point out that it is covered by the bankruptcy0
