I made a hotel booking to a well known accommodation booking site ,at the time of booking there appeared an offer of additional 10% discount for mobile booking ,so I proceeded ,now I’ve queried the offer as it hasn’t been applied and they are trying to say not all rooms have this offer, but it was specifically on the particular hotel I opted for .where Do I stand ,as I screen shot the offer with it on , felt misled by the offer .

Were you going to accept the offered price before the additional 10% discount was offered?
If you have evidence of the offer applying to your specific booking then you'd be justified in pursuing it - it's up to you whether doing so is worth the time and effort.0 -
IIRC correctly you have to select an additional offer (tap another button?) to get the discount applied. It doesn't get applied automatically by using the mobile app.0
