Old address on Letter Before Claim

Hi
I couldn't find anything with regard to that. I received the letter but it has my old address on it. I moved address in February and my address is correct on V5 form, Letter is sent from Gladstones on the wrong address, but I received it due to redirection. Should I proceed as normal, Request sars etc? I assume I do but I wanted to double check. Letter is regarding parking charge.
Many thanks.

Yes proceed as advised in the FAQ
Also write to both PPC and Gladstone notifying your correct address
Keep copies of both letters and get proof of posting (keep those too)0 -
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Send an e-mail to the DPO at the PPC and Gladstones requiring Rectification of your address and reminding them that they must ERASE your old data.0
