Trying to arrange Car Service Plan with Main Dealer, covering 5 years. If I pay on Credit Card and Dealer goes bust or Loses contract with Manufacturer, Can I claim balance of Money Paid, to enable another dealer to continue servicing, so I do not lose out.

It would give you the same rights as against the retailer, so it will offer some protection in terms of a refund or alternative redress.0
