Every IVA has annual reviews.
Your statement of affairs needs to be 100% true and correct or you may fail your IVA if you cannot afford to live and make the payments. They may be trying to avoid lowering your household income so they can get more fees.
I am confused that you havent signed your final documents but you have already made a payment - who is your IP?0 -
IU would tell them now and set out your current income and what the source of that income is.
