Premier/BWL are discontinuing left, right and centre, indicating that this was no more than the extension of the scam to extort money.
But I wonder just how many have been totally intimidated and capitulated? Many more than the number of cases discontinued I bet. Therefore a successful strategy for Premier/BWL, given that all who were served proceedings previously had no intention of paying.
I'm sure you are right they scam the vunerable even before it goes to court.
There is no doubt that our intervention has caused the scammers a lot of grief so our job is to make sure where these fake £60 are added to every defence each judge is aware of the scam
The problem these legals have right now and well into the future, is that they will never know what a judge will say and do and on that score alone, to discontinue is better than a spanking0
