How Accurate Is The MSE Credit Club Eligibility Check?

Long time lurker, first post.
I hope this is in the relevant thread, apologies if it isn't.
In the last 6 years I have got my credit rating from dire to very good, through managing my accounts well and strategically taking on debts to boost my rating in that 6 year time span etc.
Now I am in the situation where I have seen my APR quotes go from 49% to below 5% in the last 2 years with CC's and loan offers from all the mainstream lenders, all with decent APR.
So all my credit scores with various credit agencies are between very good and excellent but only fair with Experian through MSE Credit Club, all information is the same between all the agencies, very little difference.
I have been using MSE Credit Club, ClearScore and Equifax quite a lot recently and have noticed a huge difference in the eligibility checks between MSE CC and ClearScore, and have come to realize how off the mark MSE CC seems to be.
CC Examples:
Barclaycard.......MSE - 0% Chance / ClearScore 95% Applied = Accepted 10k
Halifax...............MSE - 0% Chance / ClearScore 95% Applied = Accepted 5k
Virgin.................MSE - 0% Chance / ClearScore 95% Applied = Accepted 3.5k
Lloyds................MSE.....N/A......... / ClearScore 95% Not Applied
HSBC................MSE.....N/A......... / ClearScore 95% Not Applied
................................................... / ClearScore 10 more Pre-Approved CC offers
Loan Example:
Admiral...............MSE - 0% Chance / ClearScore 95% Applied 5k = Accepted
M&S....................MSE - 0% Chance / ClearScore 90% Not Applied
John Lewis..........MSE - 0% Chance / ClearScore 90% Not Applied
ZOPA..................MSE - 40% Chance / ClearScore 100% Pre-Approved- Not Applied
...........................................................ClearScore 5 More With 80%+ offers.
Hope the above makes sense.
It's so far out that if I was only using MSE Credit Club for reference, I'd almost be led to believe my only option for credit would be through extortionate payday loans, as no other lender would touch me apparently. Something isn't right.
Fantastic forum btw, have come here a million times to read other peoples advise before making a decision myself, which has directly helped me improve my credit rating. Just feel MSE Credit Club could be improved within the eligibility part as there is obviously something wrong.
It's just something I have noticed and thought I would point it out.
Regards
Rowan

Remember you DON'T have a credit score its a made up number (you do have a credit history), ask yourself which CRA's lend money/hand out credit cards? Answer non of them.0
