Home Hub 6

Most of the time my speed is ok then suddenly it drops, I then reboot the hub then the speeds are ok again.

Why is this?

How do I correct it?

    Ethernet.............................

If I tell BT they will just reduce the speed down (ie reduce line profile) to stop any drop outs

Have you done a quiet line test to check for noise on your phone line?

If you have access to another router I would suggest swapping it out, and if the problem goes away then your Hub 6 is faulty.
