I have a Sky + HD box (Not Sky Q) I was recently interested in adding Sky Sports Football to my package. These are two channels on 402 and 403. It’s possible to get these channels without subscribing to all the other Sky Sports offerings.
I tuned to channel 402, the screen said “press the red button to upgrade”. I was then greeted with a screen offering me these two channel’s half price if I tie into an 18 month contract.
The price quoted was £9.99 instead of £19.99 (weird because £19.99 is not the full price for these channels)
I thought that’s a great offer so went ahead and subscribed via my remote. I can see Sky are billing me full price for these channels and deny any details of this deal ever existing.
Can someone who does not have these channels please go to channel 402, press red, and see what price you are quoted, if it’s still £9.99 please upload the image here if possible?

If possible please test from a Sky + HD box not Sky Q0 -
Shows £18.99 , ( on a Sky HD box ) difficult to see what the original non offer price is as there is a line struck through the ‘old’ amount, could be £28.99 ( so £10 off per month ) but it does show the new monthly total and states it’s an 18 month commitment0
