                    Good afternoon.
We are having some tiles shipped from Nertherland. Not entirely sure how much shall we buy and really don't want to get it wrong due to the hassle of getting it.
there are two kinds of tiles:
- 20x20cm patterned tiles for the kitchen 3.4x3.4 m2 surface
- 20x20cm grey tiles for the bathroom and a separate small toilet of 1.8 x 2.4 m2 + 1.2x0.9 m2.
Would 10% margin be enough to cover any accident damage considering the long distance shipping?
Would appreciate some insights from the experts here.

10% is the usual margin to allow for cutting on site. If coming by sea, I might suggest a 20% margin. (You can always keep the spares for future repairs.)0

Ditto my thoughts given the time / hassle to obtain them, I'm guessing 20% extra won't affect the delivery cost too much? Always handy to have some spares tucked away.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
