* Retire Rich with a Property Pension (2nd edition, April 2005) *
It tells you all about the exciting changes that allow residential
property into pensions from April next year. This means you will be able
to:
* Buy property at a 40% discount.
* Never pay capital gains tax or income tax on your property profits again.
* Cut the income tax on your ENTIRE salary or business profits to zero.
The calculations in the book show that you could end up with as much as
140% more income by setting up a property pension fund.
The guide also contains a wealth of information on the benefits of
commercial property SIPPs, as well as a whole chapter on the new Real
Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). These 'unit trusts for property
investors' will enable you to invest in a portfolio of high-quality
residential property without any of the hassle of being a landlord.
Retire Rich with a Property Pension has been featured in several
investment magazines and one of the country's top property pension
providers is encouraging all its customers to read it.

I've not read it, but the Saturday Daily Telegraph covered SIPPs a couple of weeks ago in the personal finance section. I would save your money and register at telegraph.co.uk to look at the archive. Probably just as informative and a lot cheaper!Personally I think you need a lot of money for a SIPP and I am sticking with my stakeholder pensions!0
