The competition is for the chance to win a wedding package of an approximate value of £5,000 at the Richmond Hotel. The wedding ceremony must take place between 25th August 2019 and 31st October 2020, and the wedding must be booked within 6 months from the date of winning the prize.

ONE wedding reception for the winner and their fiance worth £5000 which (subject to availability) may be booked on any day of the week between the dates of August 2019 and 31st October 2020.
The wedding will facilitate approximately 50 Day Guests and 70 Evening Guests (specific details of guest numbers to be confirmed with the Richmond hotel when booking). The evening reception of the wedding will start from 7.30pm onwards.
a) Additional day guests will be charged £50 per person. 100% of the day guests need to be catered for.
b) Additional Evening guests will be charged £15.00 per person. 90% of evening guests need to be catered for.
Guest numbers are at all times subject to the discretion of the Richmond Hotel. Whether any additional guests are allowed to attend (at the charges set out above or varied by the Richmond Hotel from time to time) is at all times subject to the discretion of the Richmond Hotel, with reference to the capacity of the venue or relevant rooms, health and safety policies and any other applicable considerations. The Richmond Hotel cannot guarantee a number of day or evening guests, or guarantee that any additional guests will be permitted to attend.

Also included as part of the Prize:
Wedding aisle runner and background music PA system provided by the Richmond Hotel.
Wedding ceremony/ Civil Partnership ceremony (not including Registrars fee). Registrar must be booked and paid for directly with Liverpool registry office. Please note, the Richmond Hotel does not have the facilities to perform religious ceremonies. If the winner wishes to have a church ceremony or any other religious ceremony they may have their wedding breakfast and reception at the Richmond hotel but must pay for their religious/church ceremony (and all associated costs) themselves and separately. No element of the prize will be transferable to an alternative venue or ceremony.
One Glass of prosecco per Adult on arrival for day guests only.
One Glass of prosecco to toast the couple and one glass of wine per adult on table as part of wedding breakfast.
Three course wedding breakfast to be selected by the winning couple from the seasonal menu prior to wedding day. STARTER: Roast Tomato Soup with Crumbled Goat’s Cheese (v)
MAIN: Breast of Chicken stuffed with Bacon & Savoy Cabbage, Fondant Potato finished with a Shallot Jus
DESSERT: Tower of Homemade Profiteroles filled with Chantilly Cream & topped with a Dark Chocolate Sauce
One item is chosen from each course by the winning couple from the menu above for the wedding day. All guests must eat the same menu. The Richmond will happily cater for any specialist dietary needs, with sufficient prior notice however, we cannot guarantee that adaptations to the catering for specific dietary requirement requests, allergies etc. will be possible. Additional charges may apply, and are the sole responsibility of the winning couple - subject at all times to the discretion of The Richmond Hotel.
Catering for the full wedding party, based on 70 guests, will be provided in the form of a Chef’s picnic evening buffet. The attendance of any additional guests is at the sole discretion of the Richmond Hotel and the charges above will apply. Evening guest rate is £15.00 per person. Chef’s picnic includes; homemade sausage rolls, French fries, artisan breads, dipping oils, olives, a selection of open sandwiches with various seasonal fillings, homemade quiches, mixed leaf salad, pasta salad.
The room where the ceremony and wedding breakfast will take place is called William & Kane.
A dedicated wedding co-ordinator who will stay throughout the wedding day.
Elevated candelabras will be provided by the Richmond hotel.
Chair covers and bows for each chair. The winning couple can choose the colour of bow from a selection provided. Chair covers are provided for use during ceremony/day & evening. They are white and are for up to 70 chair. The value is £3.00 per chair. Any additional chair covers required will be charged at this rate to the winning couple – payable to The Richmond Hotel.
White linen tablecloths– provided by The Richmond for use all day on all tables provided.
Menu taster prior to wedding - for the bride and groom only. This will be a 3 course meal selected from the Starter, Main And dessert menu provided by The Richmond Hotel – as shown above and online at Radio City. Tasting session to be arranged with The Richmond Hotel directly and booked subject to availability before the wedding.


NO BRIDAL PARTY ATTIRE (INCLUDING A WEDDING DRESS) IS PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PRIZE. NO TRANSPORT IS PROVIDED FOR BRIDE AND GROOM OR GUESTS. NO HONEYMOON IS PROVIDED.
Please note: unless expressly stated as included in the Prize, anything else will not form part of the Prize.
