BW legal premier parking

Hi
I’ve read the NEWBIES section and followed the advice with template email. The tickets we have received are under a company name as our vehicle was registered in our company name so I have kept to that and asked for SARs but they say we need to provide evidence and our name although I have stuck to the advice on the thread not doing this and just repeating our stand.
They are not answering us properly as regards to the driver entering the parking contract not the registered keeper and I sent a photo of the parking board as it does not say anywhere the ticket is the registered keepers responsibility.
My question is now do I continue communication repeating the advice given in the thread on here or do I ignore it?
Many thanks in advance

    Which PPC?

If a BPA company did you get a POPLA code?

If an IPC company read up on the futility of further contact after the initial appeal is rejected

To comply with data protection, they need to confirm you are the actual person.
The advice is to confirm what they received from the DVLA and no more. This will be the V5 and you can send a copy.

They are not entitled to your phone number, insurance info, driving licence, passport etc etc

Set up a free gmail addy to do this otherwise they may spam you

It might have been wiser to comply. Is your company registered at CH?

If you ignore they are likely to take you to court as they usually operate, (more or less), within the law.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

you should provide some sort of ID for the SAR , under GDPR, the choice is up to you but we recommend a copy of the V5C

report them to the ICO if they fail to comply, that is obvious

as there are a few with similar names, its important that you identify the correct one and look them up on one of the two AOS lists online

advice can vary dependent on which one it is , although its probably the Exeter one

you should not be telling anyone who was driving, especially not on here

the DRIVER drove on the day , the keeper or company received the postal paperwork , those are the only 2 words to be using on public forums

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your post #5 to remove details of who was driving

The ppcs monitor here and can use posts in your thread against you in Court

Please answer the question in #2

I couldn’t get a POPLA code as they said it had gone past being able to appeal although we never had initial letters in order to appeal. They sent us copies of the letters with dates on but nothing to prove they were ever posted or received as I was asking to appeal. The tickets have wracked up to over £400 as well.

I just don’t want to do the wrong thing.

If they are asking for sums to which they are not entitled complain to their regulatory body, they are well aware of what the law allows them to claim.
