Worth Appealing ?

On the NTK it does mention the POFA.

"You are notified under paragraph 9(2)(b) Of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012................."

But i'm right in thinking Town Quay is covered by the Bye laws so i may just appeal to PE with this info and see what happens

If you have used your real name as part of your forum name then you need to get MSE to change it to something anonymous

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you in Court

Any idea how i contact MSE ? can't find anything about changing username
