Selling as a 3 bed but only planning for a 2 bed

  • I bought a property as a 1 bed with a study,10 years on its become a 2 bed in all but name....I guess you are the flip side being sold it at the more attractive sounding option

    Make sure your not paying a premium for that extra room

    Thanks to all for your posts sand advice, i am quite reassured now that this house is not over priced. The house is a similar price to many semi in the area with alot of bedrooms smaller than this. It ticks alot of boxes for us, it may be a hard sell in the future anyway as it wouldn't be for alot of people, but it's perfect for us. Thanks for the input its been a great help

    It depends which measurement method has been used to calculate the area of the house. If gross internal area, then it is not a bad size for a 3 bedroom, if gross external then probably still reasonable. Bedroom size is good for a 3rd bed in a 3 bed house.
