We seem to be going round in circles. You're obviously going ahead, so why don't you bookmark the thread and come back after a year or so and tell us how you got on? Might be the best option2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0

Yes it does seem that way . Just found a thread from 8 years ago when I first applied for planning had a read through that and that was all negative then . Your never get it . It will cost to much . Finally at least have the planning
I've spoke to one the members there puting me InTouch with someone who will talk me through everything and the best way to protect assets .
But I'm still after the best insurances and ways to protect me as a landlord . Has anyone used percific company's ect ?
And what insurances can I get
Boiler and drainage ?
Landlord insurance
And if I need to evict them insurance for the cost to do this .0 -
What I'm not understanding is how all this work is being done, 2 mortgages on the go and with such a small income.
Perhaps there is something you need to share ?0 -
What's there to not understand ?
One morgage is via the property's income .
The other morgage is on me and my family members income and the value of the house .
As to the LTV As there house at present is worth 300k
So a £120k morgage on a 300k house .
And a 155k buy to let on a 270k house .
I have a excellent credit history after lots of work
So what should I be telling you ?0
