I think you need to think carefully about which way to go on this. Either a DMP or bankruptcy. There are support threads for both to get information.
If you choose the DMP route I think the Morses/optima/moneybarn arrangements will need to be reworked as it looks like you are prioritising them over the others. On the plus side that gives you a larger surplus to put into the DMP. Use the first six months to save up for emergencies and by then your rent arrears will also be cleared giving you even more to put into the DMP.
Can you use a cheaper gym? £50 a month is expensive for just one person. As babystepper says you also need to look at your attitude to spending as the numerous gym and mobile phone debts suggest you are trying to live a lifestyle you cannot afford but I accept the gambling is probably at the root of your problems so well done on taking steps to sort that out.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Apologies. I have just read the arrangements for the cars are under a CCJ so those might be treated separately to the DMP.
As sourcrates says you have little disposable income for a DMP until after January when the rent arrears have been paid.
There is a template letter on the forum somewhere about reclaiming from payday loan companies where they have lent irresponsibly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Hurt lenders the most? The OP’s debts have been sold on and are now opened by companies that paid pennies in the pound for them.0
