Went to local pub for a quick drink where parking used to be free. Didn't realise that they have now using Euro car parks and you are required to register your car at till. Got a parking charge of £85 reduced to £50.
I don't have a receipt for the drink I had as it was bought by a friend. Is this a reputable parking company that I have to pay this fine?

no idea what you mean by "reputable" and its not a "fine"
but they can issue an invoice for breach of contract which is what has happened , hence your invoice (your pcn in the post)

You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving
