  • Bakey & her OH both went BR. She got her ED paperwork for her to complete at the end of Sept. However, I can't see any posts from her her confirming receipt of the EDNOT (Early Discharge Notification), & she says here that her OH will have to go the whole 12 months. It's him they're trying to get the money from, though it obviously affects both of them. :(

Don't take everything Conor says to heart. I realised ages ago that if I split his name up so that it reads "CON OR", it makes easier to laugh at him or pity him than frown. :D
  • Hi bakey just clarify has the discharge come through i cant remember where your up to at he moment so am a bit confused. The reason i ask is because if it has then i am pretty sure Fermi has said many times that an IPA can not be imposed after discharge
It hasn't which actually confuses me to be honest. Since it feels like the OR is trying to cram in as much payment stuff as he can before giving OH ED.

We had the paperwork but neither are showing as discharged as yet, on the insolvency site.

And WDIAG, hmmm, I didn't think of that. Gave me a good chuckle though!
