entry on clearscore report

Options
So having got to look at my clearscore report for the first time, I find I have an current account with Cahoot opened over 17 years ago, which I'd long forgotten about/ thought I'd closed and it has an address listed against it that I've not been in for 14 year.

Anyway it has am overdraft balance of £11 and against the payment history there's a circle with a green splodge in saying indicating a payment and there's one for every month in the last 4 year. So my questions are:

1) Should I bother trying to track this down and if so how successful ad I likely to be as I have no record left of the account

2) What does the payment green splodge mean? Does it mean that payments are being made out of the account?
