Gladstones LBC

Earlier this year I successfully defeated a Gladstones claim in the county court over 2 parking tickets.
Just recently I've received another LBC from them relating to a separate ticket which was issued to the same car at the same location.
I won the first case because the signage at the location was deemed unlawful - this signage hasn't changed, and the ticket they are pursuing me over was issued in 2017.
Am I right in thinking I can just reply to this LBC, reference the last time they took me to court, and politely tell them to do one? I assume the robot that receives my reply would not be able to process such a response and proceed to file proceedings anyway. If it does get to that point, is it likely the Judge doing the initial review would just throw the case out?
Lastly, I've received in the region of 25 tickets over the years here - all at the same place with the same unlawful signage. Having defeated them in court already, are they obliged to cancel all remaining tickets if I ask them to do so?

You definitely need to respond to the LBC and mention the previous court cases. If the current one was around the same time as the previous ones you can ask why it wasn't included in the original claim as that would be an abuse of process, and should report them to the SRA for that reason.
If it was after the previous cases that you won then you should ask why they are bothering since they know they will lose.
The same applies to any other PCNs from around the same time as the previous claims won by you and they try more court claims.
It won't hurt to tell the PPC to cancel all PCNs since you will keep beating them in court as before if they think they are hard enough to try it on again.
Have they added on a fake £60 charge or similar to the original PCN amount? If so, have a look at the Abuse of Process thread by beamerguy where judges have thrown out several cases where the fake amounts were added on.
I do have to wonder why the driver keeps parking there if they keep generating PCNs.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

When you do respond, mention res judicata, look it up.0
