CCJs been repaid in full but not marked as 'satisfied' on my Credit File

Options
Hello. I wonder if anyone can reassure me, in my current situation.
I am in the process of applying for another long-term private rental. I have an excellent private rental reference from my previous landlord of 3 years and I currently earn just under £50, 000 as a teacher of 20 years. I had informed the estate agents who are managing the property that I am trying to secure that I had incurred 2 CCJs because my GPO redirect had failed and all documentation had been sent to an address of 3 years ago. Unfortunately, although I had rights to do so, I couldn't afford to have these removed from my file (I didn't have £500 spare) and the combined debt of both was significantly lower. The estate agents appreciated my honestly and said that as long as I have evidence that I have repaid these in full - that shouldn't be a problem (I have evidence, I have sent the estate agents the claimaints' confirmation of debts being repaid in full).
I thought that this would be it and expected to received a contract inviting me to sign and pay the 5 weeks' deposit.
The estate agents' referencing company have now said that they need my Equifax file to show these CCJs as paid. Both claimants have assured me that they notified the Courts. However, when I ring Equifax they say that their records update within 4 - 8 weeks. I am frantic now as this will mean I am homeless as my current contract finishes in weeks! What options or rights do I have in this context? I have Letters of Satisfaction from the Courts and the referencing agency says that they need to re-reference me to pass the check (the problem is timings here).
Am desperatre. My second son is adopted and has special needs and mobility disabilities and it is ;pivotal that we secure a home in our area due to the specialist school's arrangements for pick up and drop offs and all of the inevitable necessities relating to continuity and stability.
I feel that I have been misinformed by the agents; ie I provided evidence. I could offer a guarantor (I have many friends willing to do this as they know my character and ability to pay).
