i have just written to watch dog and oft. it made me feel a little better. but there was one thing.:rolleyes: if you are/ have joint finances with partner/husband ect, it was my understanding that you will have/both be on credit report and not beable to disassociate the person off your credit file, until it is clear, if this is so i had disassociated my ex husband off my file in 2000/01. just a thought.

Did you pay your joint debts or did you pay debts that were purely in his name?

Also

taking what you were saying about your DMP, I think that you need to get to one of the debt charities ASAP and move to them.Not only are gregory Penn taking 20% of your payments,but it may be that you are paying more than is reasonable,unless you have had a very recent re-assessment.
