Complaint RAC

Recently I bought a used car from RAC Dealer. RAC sent me a link to give feedback of the RAC dealer. RAC website rejected my negative feedback! and immediately sent me a message that my feedback is rude or inappropriate. Does RAC only accept positive feedback?

    If you were to post that feedback here others could offer an opinion on whether the RAC's decision was appropriate.

    The trouble with all these recommendation schemes is that the trader pays to join the scheme. If the trader starts getting negative feedback, then they will leave the scheme, and the scheme operator loses money.


    That's why the scheme operators do everything they can to block negative feedback.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    Problem is RAC don't sell cars.....you didn't buy from an RAC dealer you bought from an RAC approved dealer, which in reality means not a lot.
