Breakdown cover, over 15, caravan

RAC seems to be the favourite at the moment as the only only one which will collect both car and caravan if sited - they didn't suggest there was any restriction on how far apart they were.



£121.?? with no extras, but it covers car and caravan for breakdown.



Greenflag said they would probably collect the caravan, but only if it was '...not to far from the car', at a cost of £162.



All the others limited their service to - caravan attached to car..

They will only collect them if you have the arrival or mayday addons.

Can you add them without being in the clubs?

Caravan and Camping club = RAC Arrival.

Caravan Club = Green Flag Mayday.


Check that the cover is one of those, the proper price for the RAC is about £200 but you can haggle it down a lot.

If I remember correctly Greenflag used to, or still have a 16 year vehicle age limit. At 15 years old that's getting very close.
