We received a payment from Legal and General years ago for a missold endowment mortgage. On checking the paperwork, we also paid them critical illness cover. Can we make a claim for this as well?
Also, several years ago we received a small sum from whoever took over the Goldfish credit card for the protection cover we paid. I have been told that with the Plevin change we could submit a further claim?
Any advice much appreciated!

What is your reason for claiming on (or perhaps complaining about) the critical illness cover?
If you have had a refund from a successful complaint on a PPI policy, there is no more to be had under Plevin.0 -
Who sold you the cover?
No, Plevin only pays out on rejected complaints and yours wasn't rejected.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -

No. (btw, that has nothing to do with PPI)0 -
Ok, thanks very much for replies and clarification.
