My limit from £3750 to £5000 . I barely even spend £100 on the account never mind £3750.
I currently have a limit of £2500 on clarity cc and £3000 on Barclaycard. No mortgage as of yet but will be looking to in the future.
I have no ccjs or late payments or defaults.
Would you accept the increase baring in mind my application for mortgage within next year or two

Your limits are all fairly low, so I would accept it even though it's not the most useful account to have the larger limit on, to help demonstrate that lenders are starting to trust you more.0

In the same situation I would accept it as well.0

I would NOT. I prefer to have larger balances with lenders I usually shop from. To me, it would make more sense to have a credit line with Tesco, M&S, ASDA or Argos because those are the merchants I most often go to.Your cholesterol levels are not seen, or used, by your heart and arteries, so ignore it.

I'd accept the limit increase personally. The only time I'd recommend against it is if you are likely to run up more debt. A higher limit demonstrates that lenders can trust you to manage credit responsibly, which is usually seen as a positive by lenders.0
