On phased return to work, worried about being sanctioned

Hi there, hope you can help, I've been on sick leave since 13th May, 2019 and have just started a phased return to work in the last couple of weeks. I put in a claim on 3rd June stating I was receiving only SSP and the date I had begun sick leave. Received the first two months fine, to them it looks like have received less than the previous month if that makes sense as the first month I was off I received a bit of company sick pay and a bit of normal pay from before I was hospitalised. The month after was full SSP so a lot less. I have been asked to fill out a form showing how much I have earned over the last year which I have done but I'm absolutely terrified I'm going to lose my universal credit over this as it shows full time earnings even though I'll be working more and more until I can manage full time work again and have fit notes to that effect. I left a message on my journal about it but no one ever replies. Can anyone help please?

Your UC is worked out each month based on your earnings in that month. Previous earnings will have no impact on your UC amount in a current assessment period.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0

Did you have to supply about 10 months worth of earnings? Don’t worry I had the same thing when my earnings dropped due to being on SSP etc and I’ve still been receiving normal payments in the interim0
