Gladstones Letter Before Claim

Drivers licence ????? NEVER TRUST A SCAMMER WITH PERSONAL INFO .... It is not required so don't play games with the brain dead, if they fail, it's straight to the ICO

Sorry I've been searching through the forum but can't seem to find the discussion on sending driving licence copy. Do you have a link or know what date it might have been?

So after requesting SAR at the beginning of August, the 'data protection officer' at Gladstones has finally sent me the information they hold after lots of emails back and forth.

Does anybody know what I should be doing next?

Presumably you have now sent your defence to CCBC? Have you received a DQ? Have you completed it? Have you been given a court date? Do you need to submit a witness statement (WS) yet? If not, keep the results of the SAR and use it when compiling your WS.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I just got a letter before claim so requested SAR which they have finally given me so haven't had a letter through for a court date yet so I'm presuming I just sit tight, prepare my witness statement and wait till then?
