Yes, a domestic transfer to US account. You can then send it to your UK account for a minimal fee, converting to GBP at the interbank rate. Or spend it globally with the TransferWise card.

Thanks. I doubt that giftcards . com will refund to anything but the original payment method but I will ask them first.
