Depends on how old you are.
You can't access a pension until you're 55 at present but that may change.
If you're fairly young then it's probably a bit risky, especially as you might end up employed with high pension contributions and hit the lifetime limit. If you're nearing 55 then a company contribution could be good as it reduces corporation tax and you can get 25% tax free.
If you don't have investments then I would start adding to an ISA and premium bonds.
Problem with property is that it's not easily realisable so I'd make sure there are a couple of years money elsewhere first.0 -
