UKCPM County Court Claim

So the deadline for payment of my £15 awarded was today and I haven't heard a thing from Gladstones or UKCPM (funny that)
Out of principal I don't want to let them off! Do I have any options for chasing them?0 -
Well done on your win, missed it

Gladstones are unruly children, write and tell their mummy to spank them .... OR you could give them 3 days to settle or without notice you will instruct the court bailiffs to call which will cost them a further £100
£100 (approx) is what you pay the court bailiff and they will collect £115 for you, so you get £115
If Gladstones don't have the money, the bailiff will seize goods
Better that mummy Gladstones gets your payment from her kiddies

The court bailiff will be going to UKCPM, not Gladstones.beamerguy said:Gladstones are unruly children, write and tell their mummy to spank them .... OR you could give them 3 days to settle or without notice you will instruct the court bailiffs to call which will cost them a further £100

Yes of course. But mummy Gladstones should ground these unruly kids, at least until they learn to be competentCastle said:
