Tax Credit Renewal

Hi all,

I submitted my renewal online on the 29th April, I checked the date and it said it should be processed by the end (24th I think) of June.

Just realised I hadn't had my award notice or a letter of any kind from HMRC so went back online to check my account and it now says it will be processed by the 30th of November?

Is this normal? I am going to get in contact with them but thought i would ask first, also is there any other way to get in contact with them other than phone? I seem to remember having an online chat with them a year or 2 ago but I can't find that option online?
