What is the debt for?
Is it definitely your debt?
How long has it been outstanding?
Have you made any attempt to make payments?
What other correspondence have you received?Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

A bit more info needed I think to help people help you;
Do you owe the money?
How much is the money & do you have it?
How old is the debt?
Not sure if you've posted your SOA or whether you are experiencing difficulties generally? The DFW bunch are an innovative lot & incredibly we manage to pay off vast sums between us despite actually having no money so you're in good company. Try not to panic (although I know its hard - I had a sim letter from powergen last year - on Christmas eve havin not received a single letter requesting payment & it made me feel physically sick!)! Hugs for you!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -

Is additions a catalogue? If they are then they have no intention of taking you to court. Catalogues do not ask you to sign a credit agreement before you buy goods. Without a signed credit agreement the debt is unenforceable through the courts - although since April this year new catalogue debts can be enforced although the company have to ask the court's permission before they can enforce. This letter just sounds like a frightener to me0
