:mad:Hi, I have a 3 year old Renault Kadjar. Low milage, well looked after, etc. The other week, I spotted a crack i the leather seat upholstry, on the drivers side seat. I showed it to the warrenty advisor at my local dealers. No signs of abuse on the seat, ie zip marks etc. I asked if I was covered by the warenty. He came back yesterday and suggested I should pay half. I explained, I was dissappointed with that, and asked him to go back and appeal. I told him, I expected longer than 3 years of wear. Am I being over zealous for aking for 100% value from the warrenty. Ive never had this issue with any previous car, years older than this one. Dealer comming back to me next week.

IMO as a founder member of the CA you expectations are unreasonable. Leather is a natural product and subject to imperfections. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
