Euro Cark Park notice

I got a parking notice from euro carpark via the hire car company I used on a recent visit to Scotland do I have to pay this as it was a hire car and I didn't know the car park had restrictions on parking times as this was my first time bk in Scotland for 5 years

As above, edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.
