    IMHO, don't do that.

Could be wrong, but I suspect bargepole was talking about a late WS from a Claimant and trying to suggest THEY have to make an application for relief from sanctions' if they are late.

When it comes to a Defendant I suspect the Judges will cut some slack, so no drawing anyone's attention to the fact your submissions are a little late, which is perfectly understandable given the holiday period and will not cause the Claimant any disadvantage.

You need all the exhibits you saw in NorfolkBOI's thread, too:
XX1 - Photo of Judgment for F2QZ4W28 (Vehicle Control Services Ltd v Davies)
XX2 - Photo of Judgment for Esplanade
XX3 - Photo of sign from Daily Echo article
XX4 - ANPR images showing faded notice on ground
XX5 - Consumer Rights Act, Schedule 2 ('the grey list') with 6, 10 and 14 highlighted.
    XX6 - The Beavis case, quotes of para 98, 193 and 198 on a sheet of A4
XX7 - The POFA schedule 4 with para 4(5) highlighted
XX8 - DDJ Joseph's Warwick Order about Premier Park (YOUR CLAIMANT!).

Thanks, but I dropped it off at the court this morning, and posted and emailed copies to BW Legal with only those 4 exhibits and a schedule of costs.

Is it too late for me to include those extra exhibits now?

No, you can take the POFA, the CRA and the Beavis case quotes with you on the day as they are statute laws and primary case law.

Also, as this is Southampton Court, you are pushing against an open door with these arguments asking for the case to be struck out without a hearing.

So I would relax but print off 3 copies if the hearing goes ahead.

Thanks for all your help, I wouldn't have known where to start with all of this without you.

Hope you all have a great New Year!
