Resolver online PPI form problems

Please help. I've been trying to complete the resolver form to start a PPI claim. Everything is going well, all boxes complete and with a green tick, until I press the continue button at the bottom of the page. It then takes me to the top of the same page and just my First and last names have disappeared. I re-enter them and the same thing happens. Very frustrating. Anyone else having problems? I've emailed resolver and after 2 replies and trying their suggestions the same thing happens. Just waiting on a third reply but time is ticking. Many thanks in advance.

Contact the Company directly. Most have an online enquiry/complaints form.

Using Resolver usually just adds an unnecessary layer of bureaucracy.

Just send your complaint directly to the lender.

No need to mess about with Resolver with a deadline coming up.
