Tenants Liability Insurance?? - Please help!

Hello,
I've just finished referencing via Rent4Sure for a new property and I have been approached by a company called RGA to see if I wanted to purchase tenants liability insurance. I have privately rented on a few occasions and I've never even heard of this insurance.
Their website states we would be covered for the events below, but this sounds like the same would be covered by buildings insurance? Surly as a tenant, I would not be liable for the issues below, If they were not directly caused by myself?!
So my question really is, what is this insurance, should I get it? Or will i be fine with the contents insurance I usually have.
Thank you!

This includes up to £10,000 protection for the Landlord’s fixtures, fittings and contents against accidental damage as standard, and optional contents cover for Landlord's and Tenant's possessions against incidents such as fire, flood and theft.
Insurance covers:
Fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, storm, flood, earthquake or subterranean fire
Riot, civil commotion, labour or political disturbances
Malicious persons or vandals, theft or attempted theft
Escape of water, sewage or oil from any fixed heating or domestic water/installation, or plumbed-in domestic appliance
Collision involving aircraft or aerial devices or anything dropped from them, vehicles or animals
Falling trees or branches
Contents temporarily removed from the home
Additional costs of alternative accommodation
Loss or theft of keys
Garden ornaments and furniture
So my question really is, what is this insurance, should I get it? Or will i be fine with the contents insurance I usually have.
Thank you!

It's just a fancy content insurance, if you are happy with the one that you already have - ignore0
