Unfortunately I was reading the printed leaflet issued at post offices which differs from the information on line. Gotta love RM for keeping things clear.
And, as usual, Amazon seem exempt from the rules judging by my 200ml bottle of EDT that arrived in an unmarked package.

yup but thats why it says its a guide.
For many reasons these things are updated through the year but the leaflets are printed annually.
You may even find the PO stocks an out of date version.
The current is RMDG19,with 19 denoting the year/version0
