WRONG REF: very stupid any advice PLEASE

having recently taken up an 0% offer of a balance transfer to barclay card on the 1st repayment i accidently (i know this is the stupid part) entered the wrong refrence number on a bacs payment from my bank and this was returned to me as soon as i realised i chaps a payment with the right refrence but this was a day late and now i am tied in for 14 months with interest i have tried to speak to someone at barclay card and they have not been at all helpful PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP.
