MET McDonald’s PCN popla appeal help

Hi,

I am new to these forums.

I have received a PCN for overstaying in McDonald’s car park. I am at a stage where I have appealed to MET who have rejected the appeal so I now have to appeal to POPLA.

How to I post photos off my iPhone on this to post all the PCNs, letters etc for more understanding of my situation.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.



Oh ... and using a phone to browse the site can cause problems.. so please try a laptop/PC

I’ve uploaded the pics on Dropbox, got the file open. Now how do I upload on here as a URL?? Sorry guys not too good on these things ��

Copy the URL of the image and paste it here, but change https to hxxps.

As already mentioned, do not attempt to use this site on a 'phone.

trying to send file but its come up with SORRY AS A NEW USER YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POST LINKS. Can anyone help or send me an email address so I can just send the pics over to see if they could post them for me.

so I have gone into my dropbox, put the photes in a file, copied it,then pasted it as URL into this box, then I change the https to hxxps & send!!!then that message comes up...what am I doing wrong???
