  • Hello

if anyone has invested like me in MBi Care Homes, which are now under the threat of basically expropriation under the ludicrous CVA proposed by Auker Rhodes Accounting, please get in contact with me - iogatto.iogatto@gmail.com
This CVA is a scam within the scam.
This post concerns Birchley Hall and Lynwood Care Home, now managed by Qualia Care, who is tried to take them from investors for 1/10 of their value.

Do you really mean their value, or do you mean what you paid? The two are likely very different.
If they are for sale for 1/10th their true value*, why is no one else looking to pay say 2/10 their true value? Or indeed 3/10th, etc?

    * eg what they would get in an auction or a open market sale

If they are offering you 1/10th of what you invested, you have got lucky.

Most investors in Ponzi schemes get back nothing.
  • In a similar scheme, all those who invested in Downshaw Lodge Care Home and received an Administration and a CVA proposal, please contact pat.velcro@gmail.com. URGENT as deadline for decisions is 12 November.

Anyone thinking of communicating with anonymous people via the Internet regarding collapsed Ponzi schemes should be aware of the high risk of being targeted for recovery fraud. Essentially a plausible sounding person will tell you that they can get your money back for you if you pay a fee up front. Obviously if you pay them you will never hear from them again, unless it is to ask for more money.

A common variant on this type of fraud is to pose as another victim and solicit funds for a class action lawsuit or similar, which of course never materialises...
