It's too small, by the look of it. It should hide the edges of both tiles. It doesn't.

This tile trim should be flush with the surface of the tiles, have an even grout line to both sides and be both vertical and straight.

Bear in mind that walls and tiles are never perfectly square or flat, and so some tolerance is allowable.

It looks like a square edge to me and therefore won;t hide the edge of the tiles. I don't see an issue with the gap if that's the case as it'll be grouted or sealed.

It's the fact that the tile sits proud that I wouldn't be happy with. You buy the size of trim that the tile will fit to. Our tiler checks every time.

There's grout visible either side but the trim is measured before buying so that the tile and trim sit flush with each other and you don't see between the tiles on the edge, like the OP's.

When I run my fingers around the edge of the entire window reveal, I only feel smooth, continuous trim. No sharp tile edges to catch on.
